With our metal stamping lines we can produce a large array of metal stamping products, depending on specific requirements and needs. Our products range from 1 – 4 mm thickness and various lengths.

Roll Forming
We are equipped with a modern and fully automated roll forming lines.

- 5 Profiling lines with robotic palletising system
- products range from 0.4-2 mm thickness
- Up to 6 m length
- Speed: 30 - 80 meters/ min
Zig Zag Springs
Zig-zag springs are one of the classical spring systems for upholstered furniture, car seats, and garden furniture. In the standard system different forms of wave springs can be produced. We use a new fully automatic machinery since 2015. Our springs are made of special spring steel wires in EN10270-1, with the strength of 1650-1850N/mm.
Technological Possibilities:
- Distance between waves: 25 - 50 mm
- Spring length: 250 - 850 mm
- Wire diameter: 2.5 - 4. 1 mm
Parts packaging
We can pack a wide range of furniture fittings and other small non-food items in paper bags, plastic bags and/or cardboard boxes. We use computer controlled automatic packaging equipment that counts single piece units.
Technological possibilities:
- 6 Packing lines
- Possible to pack up to 30 different elements in one bag or box
- According to customer demand it is possible to print on the box
Powder Coating
Highly efficient, fully automatized powder coating line suitable for volume production. Thanks to newest technological solutions applied our line assures repeatable high-quality surface coating and cost efficiency of the process.

- Process: chemical cleaning, drying, powder application
